A 3-day immersive career development program open to all farmers — beginning growers, specialty crop producers, and anyone building an operation of their own. Hands-on training, business education, and connections to resources, mentors, and land.

BAU Farm Foundation is a nonprofit corporation (EIN 42-3647027) recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Our charitable purpose is singular: train farmers in regenerative agriculture — beginning growers and specialty crop producers — and equip them to run operations of their own.
